Our Vision

CS Lewis once suggested that written on every soul is a secret signature, "an incommunicable and unappeasable want." This desire deep within the heart and soul often goes either unacknowledged or misidentified. At Soul Signature Ministries, it is our hope to help individuals attune to their interior worlds where the Spirit of God resides and where He does his unique and creative work.

In his letter to the Ephesian church, the Apostle Paul spoke of being a steward of what God had shown him. In that same spirit, we desire to steward what God has shown us over the years by:

• helping people discover their truest thirst for God;

• highlighting the life of God within despite the ongoing battle with the flesh;

• exposing in a context of safety and compassion what inhibits the release of this life;

• living one’s life within the Larger Story of God between the cross of Christ and his second coming rather than simply between our own birth and death;

• calling forth the redeemed heart that longs to live selflessly and sacrificially as did Jesus, in whose image we are being formed.

At Soul Signature, we seek to be a friend to one’s soul in an environment of authenticity, enjoyment, truthfulness and acceptance that fosters the Spirit’s transformative work. A variety of opportunities are offered for spiritual direction whether individually, for couples, in retreat settings or a class format.
